Returns Policy

Overview
At Pinnacle Wellness, we are committed to providing exceptional care and premium products designed to help you achieve your health goals. Because our services and products involve individualized medical guidance, diagnostic testing, and regulatory restrictions, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.

Change of Mind Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products or services simply because you have changed your mind. The 15-minute complimentary consultation is our way of ensuring our services and products are right for you and your health goals. Please choose carefully and ensure that any package, service, or product you select is appropriate for your needs, based on the guidance of your Pinnacle Wellness provider or your general practitioner.

Services and Evaluation Packages
Pinnacle Wellness services—such as consultations, evaluation packages, or lab testing—are customized and initiated immediately upon purchase.

  • Once lab orders have been placed, those orders cannot be canceled or refunded, as the ordering physician incurs non-refundable costs from partner laboratories.
  • Evaluation and consultation packages represent a significant time investment from our clinical coordination team. If you choose not to proceed after purchasing a package, no refund will be provided once clinical coordination (including scheduling, guidance, or lab orders) have  been initiated. 
  • Packages must be used within six (6) months of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After this time, the package will expire and cannot be refunded or credited toward future services.

Product Returns 
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription products, compounded medications, supplements, skincare products, wearables, medical devices, or any item that has left our control. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate. 

Refund Exceptions 
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • A billing error occurred on our part.
  • A product was not delivered due to a verifiable fulfillment issue.
  • A service was paid for but never initiated (no scheduling, lab orders, or clinician time spent).

Our refund and returns policy is 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@pinnacle-wellness.com within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a product return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Exemptions 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@pinnacle-wellness.com.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email at admin@pinnacle-wellness.com and on approval, send your item to: 827 W 1st Avenue, Ste 205, Spokane, WA 98901.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you must first email us at admin@pinnacle-wellness.com to ensure it is a returanable item and is within the 14 day return window. On approval, you should mail your product to: 827 W 1st Avenue, Ste 205, Spokane, WA 98901,

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are unable to guarantee receipt of your returned item.
