Give yourself every advantage as you prepare for life’s next adventure.
Your fertility journey comes with many feelings. Let’s make confidence one of them.
Fertility Optimization
Planning for a pregnancy is one of the very most exciting things in life—and, of course, there’s tremendous emotional gravity to it, too. You’re told to “not overthink” it, to “not stress it.” Yet, each of us receives countless messages about what is or isn’t healthy or “helpful” when you’re hoping to get pregnant.
We help you skip the mixed messages and find peace in good, solid science backed by a lot of wisdom and empathy. The typical handful of minutes allotted for your regular OB-GYN visit probably isn’t enough to get the answers and guidance you need when it comes to setting yourself up for the best possible pre-pregnancy and pregnancy experience. But don’t worry–that’s exactly why we’re here.
Over the course of 6-12 weeks, you’ll meet regularly with—and get personalized guidance from—a doctor who specializes in women’s health. Together, we’ll go through lab tests and enjoy some in-depth discussion to gain a sense of what factors we can adjust or dial up even further to really set you up for a great experience. Even if you’ve had fertility issues, complications, or pregnancy loss in the past, we can be the mainstay you need for highly informed guidance … and the confidence that comes from it.
Our approach
Nutrition, diet, supplementation, activity guidelines, stress management, partner support mechanisms … we’ll cover it all, in nice, relaxed visits where you can raise your questions, concerns, and hopes. You’ll gain insights and action items that help you approach this journey with a great sense of feeling informed and understanding how to help desired outcomes along.

What to know:
Yes, there’s lots to know. And … how cool is that?
Everything about your package will be well tailored to your health, your experience, and your 1:1 relationship with your Pinnacle doctor. And while your exact testing and protocol are unique to you, we do have a framework that helps us cover all the key factors at play. Depending on your exact needs, we’ll spend two or three weeks working together on each of the following pillars:
This is pre-conception healthcare as it should be. This isn’t about thin paper gowns, cold metal stirrups, and packing your questions into just a few minutes of face-time. It’s a series of deep, informative discussions directly with your doctor. Unrushed, regularly paced, fulfilling. It sets the tone for not only a good pregnancy but better self care overall.
Welcome to feeling better.
We use a direct-care model that avoids the hassle and restriction of insurance, which means we can see patients as often as they need, take more time with them, and offer more thorough care. While we leave insurance out of the patient-doctor relationship, insurance still may cover your medications, or we may be able to connect you with coupons that keep the cost of medication to a minimum.
